Go to Edit Profile -> Options->Buttons -> Select the button you need to change -> Modify the url.

One solution might be to scroll to see all options when you hit share. I did this when my download disappeared and literally saw it all the way at the end.

When watching reels, click on the 3 dots and you can find find the download button as the third option.
